📍Boracay, Aklan (2022)

Hello! Its me again Maria and heres my laag journey in Boracay 3 days 2 nights (April 22-24, 2022) with my friend Mitch <3. Honestly, I just take a quick rest on my busy worklife and gladly my supervisor allow me to have a break hehe. This Boracay trip is DIY only so we can manage our time.

Itinerary

22APR - DAY 1

My shift ends every 12 midnight and our flight is 8am, we arrived early at the airport and have a quick breakfast before boarding. Around 9am, we arrived at Caticlan airport, just outside theres a tricycle that can drive you to the port. 

We ride a pump boat for about 15 minutes before we reach the beautiful island of Boracay. I'm so excited!

as expected, we arrived too early so we left our things at the hotel concierge and look for activities we can do. So we got a tour package, first we had parasailing and the rest will be for tomorrow. :)

After the parasailing we have a lot of time to swim, take a selfie and look around to have our lunch. Luckily we found a buffet restaurant that I think is pretty decent for its price. The food is good.

At exactly 2pm, we went back to our hotel to check in and get some rest, (i still have zoom meeting at 4pm, talk about multitasking lol). 6pm, we decided to go to D'mall area to take a look around for our dinner.

23APR - DAY 2

We got up 6am to have our breakfast and 7:30am our tour guide pick us up at the hotel lobby to have our 1 hour scuba diving lesson and again I'm excited because this is my first time. After 1 hour lecture there will be 30 minutes practice before going to the diving site, my heart is beating so fast and thinking "I can't panic when we get there, thisi s complicated than I thought it would be" Sana snorkeling nalang pala charot! hahahaha!

After we tour, we take a rest then went to Andoks for our dinner.

24APR - DAY 3

We got up early to have our breakfast and have early check out because our flight is 10am.

Things you want to know

1. RT airline ticket

2. DOT accreditted hotel accommodation

3. Valid ID & Vaccine Card or VaxCert

4. QR code 3, and registration is 3 days before your flight/visit to boracay https://www.touristboracay.com/ 

5. Smart signal is stable surprisingly even when we're in the middle of the sea I still got a data signal.

3 days is not enough, I want to stay longer but boy, Igotta grind for my next laag journey which is in El Nido, Palawan. I arrived home just right on time before I go to work (perks of work from home employee lol). See you on my next post! bye <3
